We offer the flexibility to adapt any of our home designs to suit your needs or custom design a home that's a perfect fit for your family. How much do you charge?
Our fees may vary according to the size and scope of your facade project, but typically range between $10,000+gst and $23,000+gst (payments are made in 3 instalments of 30%, 60% and 10%).
Do you have a minimum requirement for the size & budget of renovations you'll work on?
Not however we find most of our clients spend between $30k and $800k on the exterior of their home.
